ok huimin, since you asked so nicely, here it is! =) was too tired to blog last night so, sorry you guys have had to wait. anyway with mother's day happening yesterday, guess not too many people checked!

i had a really great time, seeing the people from my favourite class, and having them display their trademark antics all over again! with many heartfelt thanks to bananaboat sunblock, i'm only very slightly burnt! on the places i dumbly missed while applying it haha. it was a really really hot day, but perfect for running around on the sand barefoot like we did, and for the guys to have their little swim. and yes huimin, we definitely talked about -much- more interesting stuff. didn't we, girls? ;)

here's the photo extravaganza as promised to some very deh~ girls (haha yes finally i get to say that about other people!!) enjoy! my only regret is that i totally forgot to take any during dinner... :( so no teck i'm so sorry!

oh my...there are so many photos i love that i feel like putting it all up here! but that's going to take too much time, so the not-so-lovely ones (sorry, not with respect to the subjects at all) shall have to be relegated to the yahoogroups folders. so when you're done laughing and feeling all the love from all the photos, remember to go to our yahoogroups to download all the photos! :)

for the benefit of those who couldn't make it, here's a short narrative, with pictures that speak much more than a thousand words each!

early people waiting for the terrible late people

buggy and i were late (almost 10am sorry!), and we tried to take a sneak shot of those already there so it came out a bit blurry :( and it was quite dumb...we thought they were another group sitting very near the control station, but we rounded the corner and were spotted by our sotong of all people!

went to vivo and shopped around for food for lunch, bought tickets at the machine upstairs, and finally made our way to the beach! after many rounds of captain's ball, we decided to take a break, and the guys went for a dip...

our boys taking a dip in the cool sea...

love~!

...and this is how they play

timo lunging for the ball

pretty girls on the beach

for anyone who went and didn't notice (surely not so blur!) and for the others who weren't there, see something new that wasn't there before? ;)

i thought this was so artistic i couldn't resist putting it up here! =)

after this we made sandwiches with the ham and cheese and gardenia bread we bought at vivo. and now that i think about it, it's pretty amazing that aside from the chips, that's all we had for lunch! and it actually lasted us (especially the guys!) all the way till dinner. just realised you guys must have been starving haha oops :)

our boys doing one of the things they do best...munch :)

haha these are the thais (according to zebra) playing their funny games next to us!

kokyong buggy huimin peering around for the ball that ky whacked into the bushes during captain's ball...in the end he climbed in to get it

huimin chiong for the ball!!

buggy and huimin FIGHT it out (one of buggy's n times in the circle heh)

while the rest of us take a break, these energetic few play volleyball

just a pretty photo =) (prize for finding ruyan and esther!)

chilling out after all the tiring monkey!

clean and happy!! =)

just another pretty photo =)

this is before the four of us (buggy, ruyan, esther, me) leave sentosa, as we're waiting for the tram. the rest already went off because the guys bathe really fast! and we waited forever in the girls toilet to bathe we almost fell asleep. i think there were 20 pple in front of us, and only 4 toilets to bathe in...at vivo we dined at this hong kong kim gary restaurant..not bad at all! averaged about 10 per person :)

last photo together before we say goodbye for the night, going home all very tired but very very happy =)

as i lay in bed at night, there was a slight feeling of sand at the back of my throat, probably from playing in the sand half the day and laughing lots so some of it inevitably flew in. and under my feet, there was the feeling of warm sand, as though i was still running through it and playing with the class... =)
